A debt service coverage (DSCR) loan is one that qualifies borrowers through an investment property’s cash flow rather than the borrower’s income. DSCR loans — also known as investor cash flow loans — are frequently used by real estate investors to qualify for mortgages and buy investment properties
The credit score minimum requirement changes depending on the loan program. Most programs require at least a 660 credit score, however our DSCR option can go as low as a 620 FICO with a 1.25 DSCR.
Our min loan amount is $50,000 for single residential property loans, $250K min for Mixed use and multi-unit, $150K min for SFR new construction, $500K for commercial properties.
